Es un honor para mí reseñar el cuarto libro de un amigo y compañero de ruta académica de hace más de veinte años. En estas dos décadas he sido testigo directo de su evolución en la visión de la gestión de costos, y de sus aportes innovadores, tanto a nivel teórico cuanto técnico.
