Control de gestión para una red de pymes agroturísticas orientadas a la calidad territorial
Abstract
Varias pequeñas empresas agrarias, muchas de ellas familiares, se han asociado bajo el programa Cambio Rural INTA (Instituto Nacional de Tecnología
Agropecuaria), que encuadrado en el Programa Federal de Apoyo al Desarrollo Rural Sustentable (ProFeDeR), promueve la actividad turística y la diversificación de la economía de la familia rural en pos del desarrollo territorial. En el partido de Cnel. Suárez, emplazado al sudoeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires, el Grupo Cambio Rural “Cortaderas II” fue pionero en su región y referente de otros grupos de turismo rural. Se organizó en el año 2008 a raíz de la reconversión del Grupo “Las Cortaderas”, constituido formalmente en el año 2004. Sus integrantes han visto en la actividad turística una alternativa para mejorar la calidad de vida y superar situaciones de crisis agravadas por las condiciones marginales para la producción primaria que presenta el sudoeste bonaerense, de forma de evitar el desarraigo y mantener un estilo de vida rural.
